COVID-19 and New York State on PAUSE

Please be advised that Executive Order {202.6} enacted by New York's Governor Andrew Cuomo, effective Sunday March 22, 2020 at 8PM, requires the closure of all non-essential businesses and non-essential workforce are prohibited from working outside the home.

Real Estate Professionals have not been deemed "essential workforce" therefore in response to this Executive Order, Gorick Realty is suspending any in-person activities until further notice. It's our desire to comply with these Executive requirements; doing our part in helping to prevent the continued spread of this devastating disease.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to all those affected by this international pandemic. The well-being of our clients is a primary concern for us. We look forward to having the opportunity to be of service to you in-person again once it is deemed safe to do so.  Thank you.

A WORD OF CAUTION

When it comes to something so important as your real estate transaction, it is equally important that you know you're dealing with a licensed professional. Unfortunately, there are scam artists who give the real estate profession a bad name... you don't want to get caught dealing with those unscrupulous individuals.

All real estate professionals in New York must be licensed by the Department of State (DOS). You can click this link to the NYSDOS website and verify the authenticity of a licensee before you commit to working with someone who identifies themselves as a real estate broker or agent.
